You’ve held a supervisory or operational role in business for 2+ years. You’ve owned a budget or a sales target, managed direct reports, run projects through to delivery. You’ve dealt with customers, suppliers, contracts.

Real, current evidence of the work you do on the job. The partner RTO assesses applicants against the specific units of competency in the qualification, so the evidence should show those skills being applied in practice. The more relevant the evidence, the smoother the assessment.

- Workplace documents relevant to the qualification, such as reports, plans, rosters, service records, business documents or other role-specific records
